Over the years, Erik has represented a wide range of regional and national companies, including Coca-Cola, SME Steel, Genesis Gaming, Century Steel, Nevatronix, and Intersection CRE.

Erik specializes in working with high-net-worth individuals and family offices, helping them acquire and reposition industrial properties for long-term value. A consistent top producer, he has been recognized as the Top Listing Agent—with the most listings—five out of the last seven years, and also led the company in total number of transactions three of those years.
